    There is someone living in the tot area of Little Frog Park. I was there with my son on Thursday and Friday mornings around 8 AM and both mornings there was someone asleep in the park.     Illegal dumping, someone left a Berkeley garbage can full of trash on the sidewalk. A few other people have since added other debris. Been on the sidewalk for almost two weeks.

    The homeless couple living on this land is back with trash strewn throughout the area. Multiple carts from local grocery stores and a meaningful amount of trash and debris. Can we organize homes for these people? Kids routinely ride their skateboards and learn how to ride bikes in the BART parking lot adjacent to where this couple is living. This is not a safe environment for people to be living in.

    There are two homeless people living under the CA-24 overpass at the corner of forest street and locksley avenue. They have been there for a few weeks and there are about half a dozen shopping carts, a couch, and bags of trash.
