    I scheduled a pickup with Customer Service for today (Thursday, March 7th). The wooden pallets were at the curb prior to 7am. I received 3 calls from the HOA President regarding the pickup of these items. At 3:30pm I called Customer Service to confirm the scheduled pickup. I was told the trucks were still working and the Supervisor would be notified. I was called a 4th time at 8:40pm by the HOA President to notify me that the items were still curbside. Please pick up these items as I previously scheduled!

    I contacted Customer Service last week to request a pickup of several wooden pallets. I was told that I needed to place the items at the curb no later than 7am for yard waste pickup today ( Thursday, March 7th). I had the items at the curb prior to 7am. I have been contacted by the HOA President 3 times today about the failure to pick up the pallets. I called Customer Service again this afternoon at approximately 3:30pm and was told my scheduled pickup was confirmed and the trucks were still working and that the Supervisor would be notified. I have been contacted a 4th time by the HOA President because as of 8:40pm the pallets were still not picked up. I have been a resident of the City of Fayetteville for more than 30 years and have never requested a special pickup before now. Please let me know what I need to do to have these yard waste items picked up. I thank you for your time and consideration of this request.
