Sidewalk blocked by construction

Illegally buried extension cord

This project was supposed to have been red tagged until permit could be issued. But work continues.

The crossing light on the NW corner of 11th and Studewood needs to be serviced and timed better. It give you 4 seconds, to cross 4 lanes, before it flashes a hand for you to stop. Also the crossing light facing east on the same pole needs to be moved on the post. It has been hit by a truck or tall vehicle and has slid around pole

New telephone poles have been laying in the grass, along Studewood for months. There are weeds growing around them, because of inability to cut grass. These need to be removed!

This builder has had this sidewalk blocked for months. Making it impossible to walk down sidewalk. You must go into a very busy street. This is 2 blocks down 13th street from Heights High School. Have witnessed students walking toward heavy traffic in the mornings.

Construction is creating a tripping hazard on sidewalk. There is also a ton of mud on sidewalk. Making it impossible to walk down sidewalk, if you didn’t trip over the red hose extended across sidewalk. Needs to be cleaned up.

This resident constantly puts out construction flags and leaves them out, to prevent people from parking with a tire off on to the city easement. This creates a street hazard. This car in picture is parked basically blocking one lane if traffic. I’ve discussed said flags with other neighbors , and they think it looks trashy. Never have understood why the city allows large rocks or other barriers up to force people to park actually in the street. This needs to be addressed city wide.

The building and restaurants at 1111 Studewood ( Los Cucos) continue to do renovations without any permits posted. They ran electricity out to city easement to plug in a light up sign, that sit right in the street and block vision for car trying to pull out onto Studewood. They also put out a rug across the sidewalk to cover the current cord for said sign. This is a tripping hazard. There are 4 rebar stakes sticking out of ground a bout 2 ft. This is a hazard if someone were to trip over said rug. They could be impaled.

The homeless person on this corner should not be allowed to set up this much debris and flags along the road side. This is an eyesore for our neighborhood. And also aggressive pan handling.

There is a high wire, possibly cable tv, that has been down behind this bus stop for about 2 years. This has been reported by me on numerous occasions. This is going cause someone to trip and fall. Needs to be removed.
