    The city owned lot just east of 1847 1st Avenue N (Private School) has a severely bent/damaged light pole that needs to be replaced. We own 1847 1st Ave N and there are young children at our property. The city pole appears to have been hit by a vehicle and poses a hazard by leaning over our fence line. Additionally, the damaged/bent pole is not aesthetically pleasing.

    Safety concern of young children! The city fence underneath the I-275 overpass (city parking lot/construction staging zone) has two (2) dilapidated sections of fence along the western boundary of the parking area or the eastern boundary of the abutting property at 1847 1st Ave N. The school houses very young children and the down fence allows children to potentially access a very dangerous area! Should be addressed ASAP! There is also a bent old street lamp on the city side that could fall over on to the abutting property.
