    The alley behind my driveway has deep holes that hold water, now someone has started putting excess soil into them, so they are now a mud hole every time it rains.

    This issue started several years ago when the neighbors had a plumber do sewer work that left a of dirt of top rather than gravel. Could someone please take a look and fix it?

    Our driveway enters off of the alley behind our house. About 10 years ago the sewer was replaced at the house across the alley from us. Since then we have had drainage problems and and a muddy mess directly behind our driveway. The dirt was left too high and there is little gravel covering. in the winter our driveway is like a skating rink when it rains or snows and when it thaws or during times of rain in other seasons the alley is a muddy mess. My wife had to use 4 wheel drive on the truck to get out of the driveway yesterday.
    It appears the alley needs to be graded down and some sort of grave added to cover.
    This has been an on going problem that we have called about before and fixes have worked for awhile.
    Please have someone take a look at this and let me know what can be done.
