Yesterday, a neighbor washed his salt truck in his driveway, and the runoff ran past the drain at the bottom of his driveway, and across the street to pool in front of my driveway. This has been happening with the rainwater and melted snow since last fall when the roads were resurfaced. There were mornings the road was a sheet of ice when I tried to pull out of the driveway.
