    Whoever Jennifer is and commented saying thank you for fixing the problem must have been on the wrong complaint. My problem has not been fixed and is actually worse. Still no action has been taken except putting down hay and closing the case.

    Apparently you have to know someone when it comes to licensing and permits for them to actually act upon your complaint. I have contacted licensing and permits twice about the drainage and crossing my property lines yo no avail they just closing my complaint with no explainations. What a frigging joke. If some contractor is going to infringe on your property line and drain their water run off onto your property you should look into other avenues since this kind of matter is not important to licensing and permits.

    Just an FYI like my complaint yesterday, when I got home at 4pm the water had already filled up in their footers and was draining onto my property before we had gotten the rain. And to make it clear my property line is the tree line on top of the hill where they have dug past . My fence is not the property line. During the storm the water was gushing into my yard. There is also a sticker post saying they passed inspection dated yesterday (5-2-2019) and said it had passed. I dont see how that is possible with all the water and the digging crossing over onto my property.
