    This is repeat of Issue ID: 16147679. The pothole that I was hoping to get filled was not. To be more specific, it's two potholes and a crack that runs along pretty much the entire width of the roadway at this location. I have included a photo to better identify the specific pothole(s) -- and I know that there are a lot of them and it's easy to confuse one for another, as they all pretty much look the same. If you give me a call, I will be happy to come out to the street and point out this specific pothole and the crack to the road crew.

    There is a sink hole or a sanitary sewer issue in the alley behind this residence. A 12" x 24" hole has opened up in the roadway. It is potentially unsafe for traffic and sanitation vehicles to use the alley way at this location.

    Duke Energy dug a new hole for a new pole and transferred their utilities to their new pole. The old pole was shortened and left in place. The digging around the base of the old pole, plus the weight of the cable, phone and Internet service lines has caused the pole to slump. It's only being held up by some thin wires (see arrows). This is clearly an immediate safety concern. There may be several different cable services that are still connected to the old pole. Duke Energy is not required to relocate the cable, phone and Internet services and no single agency will claim sole responsibility. The City should coordinate the safe unloading and removal of the old pole, as it's like on a City easement.

    Small home furnishings (headboard and nightstand) were dumped at this location, in the alley weeks ago. The pile has continued to grow, as neighbors and/or contractors have dumped more stuff on the pile.

    I look forward to it all being removed, immediately.
