    Could you possibly put some garbage cans at the park on 10th and Temperance? I've noticed a lot more garbage and cigarette butts at the park due to people eating their lunch and or spending break time they're from local construction areas, which is fine, but there's nowhere to put the garbage or the butts.

    It would also inspire more people to pick up after their dogs if there's a place to put the refuse close by. It seems I'm always picking up extra doggy doo because of this, but now I'm also picking up a bunch of people's lunchtime garbage.

    You need to put the two trash bins back next to the pay parking lot at the corner of Sibley and 10th St.

    1. There's a lot of traffic going to and from the homeless shelter on Wall & 10th.

    2. There's broken glass all up and down both the sidewalk and in the gutters on 10th St, Sibley, Temperance & 9th St.

    3. I don't want to ever have to make my dog cry again pulling glass out of her feet!

    This was a very traumatic experience I never want anyone else to suffer.
