    The traffic signal seems to get "stuck" such that it doesn't turn green for traffic wanting to turn onto Issaquah-Pine Lake Rd from 238th Way SE. On March 4, I waited for approximately nine minutes until someone in a car behind me got out and pressed the walk signal. Today, I waited for over five minutes, and people started turning against the light.
