Green Tree HOA

HOA request from Green Tree Association: The apron at corner between Ashton Rd & Green Tree Ave (entrance to subdivision) fills up and retains water causing a number of potholes that have been previously repaired. This problem keeps occurring because the area is low and needs to be built up enough to match the road height of Ashton Rd. You can clearly see in the photo if this area was raised the water would stay to the side drainage instead of pooling up on the corner damaging the road surface.
