This house is not checked on enough. They have the yard mowed, so that it looks taken care of. The lights that are left on in the back yard and back part of the house and don't ever change. I reported this 2 years ago and they drained the pool, put in a new liner, and refilled it. It looked awesome! I didn't say anything last year due to the pandemic, BUT come on, sell it if your not going to keep it up! Squirrels and birds go in & out from the gutter in the back yard (right side if you are in the back yard facing the house.) I tried to be a good neighbor when we first moved here in 2015, but that went no where. Also the deck in the backyard is dangerous as well. When 1 of the sister's dogs went up there, I told her where it was, she called it down and blocked the entrance with a folding chair. She didn't even want to go up there. That poor house has a lot of life left in it if the right person bought it. That is so sad to see things just left to rot due to neglect. AND the green SUV with the busted window is still an eyesore. What's next squatters??? Electric and water are still on so perfect place for it.

There was trash and household items in the yard, that's gone thank goodness, but this is the first house entering into the neighborhood and doesnt reflect a good image on the subdivision. I dont know who is responsible for this property, but it needs to be corrected. Please help with this ugly eyesore...

This house is vacant, has high grass, a boat left in the back yard, a big piece of half broken round glass on the side of the yard leaning up against the fence, grown up bushes, and gutters are falling off on the front of the house. Can something be done about this? This is one of the first houses seen as you enter the neighborhood and it does not reflect good on us. Does a bank own this? They still are responsible for the upkeep aren't they?

too much standing water in my yard Every time it rains. we have French drains to move water from the back yard to the front yard and off the property to prevent standing water. It isn't helping. I had B&C irrigation come out to look at the yard for a solution and he said that putting in another grate would only be a bandaid. Can I please schedule for someone to look at this issue and offer a solution. This area does not have a drainage ditch in the back yard and I thought that the city would have required that due to being located at the base of a mountain for run off purposes and to move water away from houses, but then I'm not an Engineer. We do have some type of grate by the mailbox that catches the water and sends it to somewhere else (it's under the street) Please your expertise and knowledge would be appreciated. I dont want to keep sinking money into a non fixable problem if that's the case. We seem to be where the water collects everytime it rains. Tired of being soggy. Please help! Thank you, Annette Joplin
