Manhole cover has been removed. The manhole is located at the southernmost area of this address, behind the utility boxes if you're looking from Fullerton.

The muddy run off from this property's sprinklers has collected in the curb right where pedestrian step off into the street. to avoid it, you'd have to be outside of the sidewalk and with impatient motorists, this is a safety issue, not to mention the possibility of slipping and falling.

Both beacons are not lit during school hours again; heading south up Fullerton and at the crosswalk at Monarch. Cars continue to exceed the speed limit and yield to the crosswalk attendant. Stallings has taken on TK and all day Kinder, which equals more kids and cars.

School's in session. Beacons are not lit during school drop off and pick up hours. Streets were also redone and painted last year except for this crosswalk. It really should have the same signs and lights installed that are north of this school on Fullerton, they are much brighter. Poor crossing guard here always had someone blazing by while she's trying to stop traffic. Our kids are worth the upgrade.

Actual location of graffiti is on Magnolia, at the east corner of Laurelwood HOA, at the end of the alley, behind shopping center. It's visible frotm street when heading west up Magnolia.

Beacons on School Zone Sign (south side of the driveway at this address) do not work in the morning or afternoon. Technician was out last week or the week before, but they haven't operated since.

Beacons on School Zone sign near this address were recently programmed for and work only in the morning, not in the afternoon. No lights flash on school zone signage for traffic heading southbound in the afternoon. The other signs are located at the crosswalk on Fullerton at Monarch, passed the elementary school.

School Zone signs do not operate during school hours (the schools are now in session at full capacity). This is at the main crosswalk at the corner of Fullerton and Monarch. Also, please consider installing a new system with the bright LED lights as the traffic in this area is heavy and speeding is a big issue during these hours.
