Visiting from Wisconsin, we know a bit about snow. We heard great things about the newer trail system here and mostly agree. Very disappointed to find snow plowed into the trail in numerous spots making it impassable between the new middle school and shimkat. snow was piled over our heads in spots. Not from remaining snow but from.snow being plowed into the sidewalk! We tried crossing the road to the other side near Fort Frenzy. Mud so deep our shoes and bikes got trashed. We even saw a shoe someone left and walked out barefoot!! Then between Shimkat Motors and Culvers the sidewalk plowed over again at a crossing. I cant imagine a wheelchair or assisted mobility cart could make it through the mud or snow in many spots!!

You all can do way better than this! I've never seen a sidewalk with snow plowed over it in many years of snow removal myself. Your city has done things right with improving the trail system and I think it will pay off for you. That is if you keep them accessible. We had more snow up north by far and the trails are much better already with the big thaw.

    Thanks,
Cory and my 5 and 7 year old sons with muddy and wet shoes and bikes
