My wife and I purchased this home 3 years ago. At some point, a tree was planted on city property between the sidewalk and the curb. The roots have made it necessary for the city to come tear my sidewalk out completely to re-pour it. Now, the street and curb are being affected as well. I would love it if the city would come out and remove this tree and grind the stump out or there will have to be a new sidewalk and street section replaced every few years as it grows.
