My recycle bin has not been picked up and emptied in over a month and it is FULL. Can you please explain to me why my trash is being picked up and not my recycling??? You charge me for a vacant house (at another location) in which Ryland never even gave me a bin but now I can't even recycle here???

Small residential lot being used to store junk cars right beside my house. I get woke up almost daily to a VERY LOUD DIESEL engine being revved up beside my bedroom window. I feel like a professional tailgater. Billy Roquemore owner of Rocks towing (446 White head) reves up engine and wakes me up day after day after day! Vroom Vroom! He runs a junk car business (like we buy junk cars) and uses the tow truck to store these vehicles RIGHT NEXT TO MY BEDROOM WINDOW! (My only concern is what's going on next to my window/house not what goes on at 446 Whitehead). I had to call the fire department this week because of the strong smell of chemical fumes emitting from one of his vehicles. I don't live on Broadway, I live on tiny residential street.

This hotel is badly infested with roaches and mice. My daughter had to stay up all night to knock roaches off the headboard to keep them from getting on the baby. My granddaughter saw a mouse.

Can anyone have a recycling bin? I've been in my house 9 years and have never had one. I would like to have one so I can recycle too, Please!

Cars come tearing down this short block at excessive rates of speed over 40 miles per hour.

Salvage business operated from the home at 446 Whitehead St has in excess of 20 vehicles operable and inoperable, not licensed, all over the street. Cab truck has been there for over 5 years. Blue truck, milk truck, and camper have been there for over 3 years. The industrial usage of the block has attracted snakes to the area. Rock's Salvage located at 446 Whitehead parks vehicles on this wild lot and leaves them for months on end. He completely surrounds my property with his junk vehicles.

Junk cars for over three years right outside my house, drawing snakes.

The potholes that I requested to be fixed were not fixed. I don't appreciate you lying and closing the issue saying that the issue was fixed when it obviously was not!!

This is an ongoing issue in Macon Bibb. High income areas get new roads but low income areas are consistently neglected!! Not only is this area used by the homeless and volunteers to the Daybreak Center but also provides access to Central City Park. It's sad that this road has been allowed to get this bad without anyone doing anything about it. There are multiple pot holes! It's time for a new road!!!

For the year and a half I have owned this house there has never been a garbage cart here. I'm going on my 7th quarter of paying $60 without a garbage cart.

Fire hazard located next to home with children present, Owner refuses to cut weeds down. Shed present and not leveled correctly.

The neighbor across the street (owns towing serv.) has my property completely surrounded by junk cars. The flatbed has been there for 5 years. The cars for over 6 months.

The neighbor across the street stores junk cars here next to my home. He told code enforcement two years ago it was temporary. They are still there!
