    The area outside Goldsmith-Schiffman field on the west side (between Ward and Beirne) has weeds that are about three feet high. I don't know who owns this property. Last year, a gentleman cut it on a regular basis, but I haven't seen anybody cutting it this year, except for a crew who came by last week and cleared what appears to be a service road along the fence line.

    Whenever Huntsville experiences heavy rainfall for several consecutive days, the crawlspace under my house fills with water. There has been as much as 18 inches of standing water under the house. As a result, the insulation has fallen from the floor joints.
