    As mentioned in my prior request Issue ID: 6350599 , There is another trip hazard on the Northwest corner of Freestone Pkwy and Douglas Ave. This one is even worse and in the handicapped area.

    There was work done on a fire hydrant in front of our house (the hydrant is within our property line). It appears that a shut off valve and cover were installed in the sidewalk in front of the hydrant. This cover is about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch above the surrounding sidewalk. This is presenting a clear trip hazard in our cul de sac. We know that this is there, but visitors, delivery people or walkers may not. This should be fixed.

    There is an even worst example on the northwest corner of Freestone Blvd. and Douglas. It is in the corner area that is relieved for the handicapped. Just noticed this morning.

    Third time this month traffic has been stopped by malfunction railroad signal. This morning was the longest delay at over 30 minutes. It would have been longer if I were not able to go around the traffic signal at Guadalupe and Cooper. I was able get through the AM/PM business lot. I made my way up to Baseline and head west. I noticed that the RR signal was activated at McQueen south of Baseline also. Being half hour late to work on Monday does not make for a good start to the work week!
