Newly installed sidewalk cafe taking up the entire sidewalk, as if that weren't bad enough they've essentially walled it off as well. This is a high traffic area, the cafe obstructs views of surrounding business and impedes the flow of pedestrians. It's a public sidewalk, not a dining room.
