I live on Gainsborough Court and have no choice but to leave our Court via Seaview Parkway. There is a stop sign, but there is no way to see oncoming traffic from the stop sign.

I know you know that speeding on Seaview Parkway is uncontrolled and insidious. We don't cross unless we don't see a car. Nobody pays attention to the speed limit or to the pedestrians crossing the road. Ihope that you haven't given up on trying to fix that issue. In the meantime, the problem is that there is often a car or truck parked very close to the corner of Seaview Parkway and Gainsborough Court Requiring us to pull very far onto Seaview Parkway to see if there is oncoming traffic. There is no way to do this safely. Once we pull out we are in the way of the speeding oncoming traffic. But the only way to see if it's clear is to pull out way past the stop sign.

If the curb was painted red on the corner of Seaview Parkway where it meets Gainsborough Court for no parking so that our sight lines were clear that would alleviate the dangerous situation.

    Thank you for your consideration.
