Why build a sound wall only to leave a gap on the 1300 W overpass. A gap that funnels the noise through the housing on both the north and south side of I-215 at that location. We deal with intolerable road noise when there is the slightest north or south wind. Are there any plans to connect the wall,(fill the gap) or raise the cement barrier currently there to at least a level that would provide some noise resistance.
