    One of the two lids on our commercial trash dumpster needs to be replaced. (The pin on the rod holding the lids in place either broke or was removed by someone, and the lid fell into the truck when the dumpster was emptied.)

    We pay for lock service on the dumpster, but that doesn't do any good if there is no lid.

    We were promised that it would be emptied on Friday, but it wasn't.

    Trash dumpster was not picked up Friday (we have twice-weekly pick-up - Tuesday and Friday) and we may have missed previous pick-ups for that dumpster as well.

    Both locks on our commercial trash dumpster are jammed and the shackles will not close. I tried lubricating them without success.

    The recycling dumpster locks are fine.

    We are signed up for commercial trash dumpster pickup twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday. The Friday pickups are not happening.

    We also have a commercial recycling dumpster which hasn't been picked up for quite a few weeks. It is supposed to be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday.

    Turquoise spraypaint graffiti on bottom half of black front door. The graffiti covers part of the tenant's logo; please don't worry about further damage to the logo during graffiti removal. Also, there is graffiti on a metal sharps disposal container located behind the building, accessible from the alleyway.
