Property Maintenance Archived2621 11th St Sw Canton, OH, 44710, USA - CantonExtreme rotting roof. This roof has been falling off since I moved here about three years ago. I have been picking up pieces sometimes two shingles together or in chunks since day one. It's easily three layers deep but only has the bottom layer left and a ton of nails. The landlord has not ever fixed it and continues to rent the property despite being told by previous tenants and even me. The gutter is about to fall off. There is mold inside the house and the landlord replaces drywall and paints. That's about it. When the wind blows, I have shingles in the driveway. When it rains, I have lots of clean up to do. The house is still infested with mice and roaches at this time. The attic is not safe to walk on due to rotting and severe water damage.

1308 Tuscarawas St E Canton, OH, 44707, USA - CantonWe all hear the fighting these people do. Police have been there multiple times and nothing happens. Sales of drugs going both ways, in and out. We have seen them do drugs on the front porch of this house. The women is always screaming through the night. As drunk as we have seen them, there is no way they are sober to drive. Pleez, Pleez, Pleez do something about this house and occupants.

Animals Archived2621 11th St Sw Canton, OH, 44710, USA - CantonExtreme foul odors of overwhelming animal feces from the back yard and house. Multiple dogs at the residence unattended, plus the smell of something dead is coming from inside the house. Also an old man lives there and has very limited capabilities to take of himself or the animals. Would someone please check on this house and make sure this guy and his animals are ok?
