    San Mateo Blvd Ne Albuquerque, NM, 87109, USA - Academy Acres North
    Heading west bound on San Mateo from Academy to I25 traffic appears to be backed up more than is normal, often backing past Academy and it is taking about three light changes just to get to Pan American.
    This is occurring between 7 & 7:30am, it seems as if the pattern of the lights there has changed as this has not been a big back up area until last week.
