    I live at 535 Eleanor Ave and the tree on property of 533 Eleanor Ave is literally breaking the fence and the property owner refuses to cut it down. I would like to put a privacy fence up, but as you can see this tree is now moving into my property and has already busted the fence from one support pole. If I put up a privacy fence, the tree will sooner or later bust the fence as well. I have two dogs and am trying to keep my fence line secure, but this property has trees growing like crazy along the property line and the owner refuses to do anything about it. The trees along the back of their property has already busted that fence up.

    Have talk to the owner of the house next door over the last three years to fix his gutters in my side of house. It is detaching from the house and drains right into my driveway and yard. fearing it will sooner or later let go and land in my vehicle in the drive and is creating a hole in my yard where it constantly drains. his fix was to tape it and that didn't fix anything.
