mechanic shop being allowed to contaminate neighborhood.

mechanic shop continues to pressure wash Industrial Equipment causing oil and other greases to contaminate Malden streets. this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. a articulating loader is not to be used on public streets it damages them. they are to be used on flat surfaces like runaways on airports as well as parking lots. these surfaces are flat. Street are curved therefore you use the proper snow blade. streets and curbs are being damaged by this equipment as well as contaminate in the property and the neighborhood. I hope something is done with drainage as well as telling the owner that he's damaging property.

today's washing of commercial vehicles down Holyoke and Phillip street. ongoing issue yesterday pressure washing to Industrial Equipment washed oil and grease down both Holyoke and Phillip Street. this is an ongoing issue this is a auto mechanic shop that is polluting on neighborhood.

Industrial Equipment being stored no proper drainage to protect the environment in our streets. owner of vehicles is found at 17 Holyoke Street.

illegally dumping product on other people's property. this is not 26 Holyoke streets property they have no right to put anything on it.

being told by officer that he doesn't care who or what I am when I tried to explain things to him. I am transgender and disabled and this is discrimination. and I have to go out of my way because this officer trespassed on my property and belittling me.

Malden is continuing to allow my neighbor to illegally dump on my property as you can see the fence was cut on the bottom trying to hide the fact that there are rocks in there. we did not notice it until recently because we have bushes hiding that area. as you can see the neighbors are deceitful they're willing to hide stuff from The Neighbors so they can throw stuff away. Malden Police have allowed them to do this but I don't want to see they have any dirisjection in this area.

being discriminated against for being transgender and being disabled. the city obviously doesn't care I guess Malden's a bigot town.

neighbor has it legally dumped rocks on my mother's property ask that it be removed. if you look they have tried to hide the fact that they have put stuff on our property we didn't know because we had bushes on the way until it was too late.

how do I press charges for illegal trespassing of a police officer as well as harassment. this officer has plenty of tattoos so I'm sure you know who it is.

has a cop following the law and going to my front door first. the second cop violated my rights and stepped on my property. I am disabled and he belittled me for that. the city's trying to hide this but I have it on video. I've had many strokes I have several aneurysms that I can't get surgery on due to a blood disorder. as well as I have many desks that are out and have been removed in my back. being belittled like this was traged it to me. the city has tried to cover this up. this is not the right venue for bringing this up but I don't know what else to do.

police officer illegally stepping on to my property without permission. had the opportunity to knock at my front door did not take that opportunity. people doing work on my property have nothing to do with my property. this officer has illegally trespassed. please are very helpful in malden but this police officer trespassed and then belittled me I am dyslexic as well as disabled I did not understand what he was saying and he would not explain himself he just told me I was wrong. the police have tried to silence me. they're still good police officers there but this one took it too far. proper action I need taken now that I wasn't taken seriously at the beginning. if I need to go down to the station call me I give my number.

have paved property that has damaged our property by Paving all the water in to our yard. we lost our garage we lost a ton of dirt that washed down the street. I don't know how this is acceptable please give answers?

police officer has illegally trespassed when he had the opportunity to go to my front door. he's going to say that he was told he can go in my backyard by some people building a wall they have nothing to do with my house. trespassed on my property without probable cause and if I am harassed anymore. I'm going to press charges. I don't want to cuz the cops have always been good to me this is the first cop to belittle me and harass me. I will be waiting for a response and I will be leaving my number like I always do. I've had multiple strokes and life is difficult for me. having somebody belittle that disability was very hurtful.

fence is seven and a half feet tall. Massachusetts law says that 6 ft is the max. Nelson Miller says 7 ft is the max he was shown that the fence was seven and a half feet tall. he said this is perfectly fine and then he belittled me about my strokes and that have disabilities. I want this fence to be considered a nuisance it is unfinished and is over 7 ft tall nothing is probably being done because the lady that lives there is in a wheelchair and they want to pretend that matters about breaking the law. my disability was not in my control. her disability was her own fault. if you don't take care of yourself this is what can happen. I shouldn't be discriminated for that.

illegally dumping rocks and debris underneath the fence into neighbor's yard causing a mess. thought I could join in and put some of my bushes in there cuz nobody cares. and they got upset I don't think that's fair so I'm reporting that they're doing it

mechanic shop running with improper drainage oil grease and other contaminants washing away off property. proper drainage is required for a mechanic shop that has just started.
