same people are back again. please make a permanent solution to this issue.

same people you have been chasing off this block of 34th st for the past 5 years. why are they not trespassed from every business along that block??? they are THEE anchors of the area that make it ok for all the others. get them trespassed and out of the area and it will go a.long way to addressing the issue.

at night behind the Aldi store transients gather and camp out in the area between the end of the parking lot and the fence so they are hidden from view.

transience have their campsites rebuilt alongside the 34th Street North overpass in the overbrush where the railroad crossing is.

I believe I reported this mattress about 2 weeks ago. it's been sitting behind the Walgreens on 34th Street North at 38th Avenue for about a month now and the transience sleep there most every night

Sam's Club has gone to Great extent to remove the ground cover so that the transients can hide in it removing almost all of their Landscaping out front. well this is why we can't have nice things. because they're back in the remaining bushes the same people. how are they not trespassed on that property and don't go to jail?

there is a group of transients living at the Winn-Dixie on the northeast side of the parking lot at 22nd Avenue North and 32nd StreetI

huge pile of trash filling the dumpster corral.

about a half dozen people are sleeping at the north end of the Sam's Club landscape wall on the CITY SIDE. they have a campsite, which is not legal.

this home recently had the entire roof replaced from shingle to metal and I do not see a permit box. also, I believe there has been a room added on without permits as well recently.

Enough is enough. This man is a Sexual Predator and I've asked more than a dozen times to have him removed. We need this addressed and all that is happening is passing the buck. The last excuse was he was not on private property.
Well. I called Zoning and all fences have to be a minum of 1 foot inside the proerty line. I specifically went and got a pic to show he is up against that fence. Meaning that fence is out of code, which it isn't, or he's on private property that is not developed to support habbitation. Its a concrete pad!!!
You can see by the text I've included that the sheriff department knows I'm right but doesn't want to act because it is "kicking the can down the street". WELL THEN KICK IT!!!
I'm informing you that if this is not addressed this time I'm going to print up my flyers and I'm going to go around this weekend and put them on all the mailboxes for a meeting to get organized to pressure you to do something about this. So you can take care of it this time or you can have 50 angry people causing problems. Because most do not know he is a sex offender. If you don't move him on. I'll fix that this weekend. Then you can deal with the fall out. I'm sick and tired of trying to get this taken care of. This is like 3 or 4 moths he's been there. ENOUGH! ADDRESS IT !!!

broken glass in the last widow in 2nd floor apt. 'C' up the side stairs. it is a rental property so there are obvious other signs of disrepair on the building.

the glass in this end window is broken. it is the apartment on the end and up the stairs. be careful as it is being used as a dope drop house. I believe I caught the dope boy in the one picture because he tried to chase me down. might want to have police escort code enforce officers. I'm sure there are a lot of other violations as the place is a mess.

this man has been living on this corner for more than two months. He is a convicted set offender and has been living there day and night. he only gets up to use the park to relieve himself. There are no facilities there for him. as you can see he is on the inside of the side walk. that property has a blanket trespass warrant. we need to stop him from living there. I'm sure that is against code.

this man has been living at this corner for over two weeks. I've called the deputies over a dozen times. this is right across from Lealman Park and he is a convicted pedophile on record.
