I hate to kick someone while they're down, but the homeless encampment under the highway along the Buffalo Bayou bike trail has gotten bigger. There is substantially more trash/trashbags than there has been, as well as fires, and the smell of urine is sometimes unbearable and can be smelled all the way up the hill. This is also right next to several residencies.
