This is an eyesore and has been for the last few years. Surely, if this were in a neighborhood, something would have been done about it by now. I am tired of looking at this out of the front of my house at 844 S. Candler. Putting up the orange fencing is no better. When will the property owner be forced to address this? Why doesn’t the City use eminent domain power and assume it and tear it down?
