I have nearly been hit by cars on more than one occasion. Cars use park blvd as a through road to highway 13. I am aware of people been hit by cars with drivers not paying attention on park blvd. It is only a matter of time before someone dies trying to cross the road. The pedestrian crossings on park blvd need at a minimum flashing lights. I cannot fathom why this has not occurred as the cost to install flashing lights is not comparable to the loss of a human life and following litigation.
