    As a resident of Historic Uptown, St. Petersburg, FL, I am deeply concerned about Trinity Lutheran Church allowing homeless to set up a tent city at the corner of 5th Street North and 5th Avenue North.

    We believe this is against city codes for several reason including the fact that there are no toilettes and that parcel is not zoned for this activity.

    Please speak with the Church and have then halt this activity which damages the neighborhood and the environment by causing unsafe conditions.

    Driving down the alley behind 1901 43rd St S, there is again illegal dumping going on with beds, mattresses and other materials accumulating.

    Could you please arrange for pickup and possibly put a camera to catch the perps? I own that property and have a pole in the alley with a motion activated light on it but I would be happy for the city to affix a camera there to catch these people.

    Illegal Dumping on alleyway. We recently purchased this property and cleaned up the alleyway but there continues to be dumping going on, we have removed about 2 trucks full of old wood, mattresses and general trash. Could you please send someone out to collect this asap as trash begets trash and dumping begets dumping. Thanks.

    We live nearby and have been witnessing squatters regularly entering this building through a ground level ventilation shaft located on the south side of the building. We have been smelling smoke of drug use and what appears to be prostitution activity day and night. Please clear the building and secure this large ventilation shaft.

    There are two abandoned buildings on this site, this issue relates to the 341 which is the smaller of the two buildings.
