2 heavy drug user people were living in this SUV on 31st Ave and abandoned vehicle last week.
The vehicle has been here for 4 weeks. The first 3 weeks people were smoking heavy illicit drugs (not MJ). They were harassing passersby for money and urinating and deficating in a bucket. Unknown where they dumped it after?
Please, remove this vehicle asap. It's taking up space and unsightly for patients our community clinic and Covid-19 Testing site.
