Dead animal (armadillo?) not removed! since 05/04 when created issue Id 9839193. case closed dead animal always there. reopened the case it was closed anyway. case ref updated from 101004665610 to 452861-101004665610 not sure why case closed but animal is still there.

The environmental / health issue at the intersection of Buffalo spdw & W Alabama. There is some ongoing sewer? maintenance project since last year, but the problem noticed like 4-5 weeks ago only and it does persist since. There's a extremely strong terrible smell around this particular intersection and partly on Buffalo spdw as well in both directions, anytime of the day. Every day. Sure, that depends on the direction of the wind. That can be smelled sometimes even close to the intersection with Westheimer road at the school gate. One walking by or riding a bike can smell that terrible smell - it makes a person almost vomiting! That's such a disgusting thing, you know. One cannot stand this if have to wait on the red light for long, cannot breathe. Seems like it comes from the sewer or ditch around, not sure. Obviously, there's a huge hole for sewer? as part of the project. Did not see a person working right there recently. Not sure what went wrong with this maintenance project, but this is not normal! Could be extremely high concentration of some gasses at those places around. Please address this problem to the right environmental/ health? department. This needs to be fixed Asap. This is a long standing issue (for weeks). That's really bad situation. One could not breathe at that intersection as that terrible smell is very strong and disgusting. Thank you for your help.

this part of road is sinking. there's a deepen hole, falling asphalt. need to add material, make it the same flat level like the rest of the area. thanks

09/23 and 09/24 Red is flashing on all lights all directions

NO GREEN light! the system skipped "green GO light" 2times! created long long lanes as many cars waiting for to Go light. this happened last night at 6:34pm and many days in the past. causing delays. direction driving from west to east on Holcombe blvd intersection with Main St.
