Hemingway Ave corner of Russell two dump areas

The manhole cover needs to be raised in front of Auto Zone on Rt 80. It is a safety hazard to cars and motorcycles because it is so low from the surface of the street.

Dog leashed outside at 106 First Ave. continually barking day and night.

Overgrown shrubbery and weeds on corner of First Ave. and Hemingway. Driving down First Ave you cannot see traffic coming down Hemingway from Quinnipiac.

There are no no parking signs at upper part of street. They were there originally but now their gone. Makes traffic very difficult getting by oncoming cars
