Evergreens on Hintz side seem dangerously close to toppling power/phone line during a storm.

Maple on Haddow side seems as though it could split with half falling into the street.

I have no idea what here is my responsibility (I am homeowner) and what the city is willing to handle. I also don't know how dangerous these trees are.
