Homeless person left garbage can full of garbage in sidewalk

Abandone vehicle with expired registration people will use it to sleep, loitering deal etc,,

These vehicles it's been park here for couple weeks it has an expired registration from Nevada , people comes in and out of it ,

Street water gutters drains are broken literally concrete and asphalt missing. also street has not slope , water gets trapped in the corner creating a flood , blocking sidewalks and making cars hydroplane water will also go into neighbors homes. This is been going out for years City employees will come to clean up debris from broken drain gutter. But that's not enough street slope need to be reset and water gutters need be repair so drain water can flow across the street to the rain drains .

Wreaked car parked, expire plates ,

truck been parked there for couple weeks , truck has no plates, and there is suspicious activities diferente people going in and out of it
