    Need to have speed bumps install before Dobbins Ave, Magnolia Ave, Olive Road, and just before Broadfoot Ave, to slow the traffic down. Plenty of speeding along Morganton Rd between these streets. Pedestrians are not given the right of way, especially in front The Truck Stop.

    This vehicle has been parked at this location for several weeks with front flat tires. No one has claimed it, and no repairs have been done. I believe this vehicle has been abandoned.

    Good day,
    I would like to file a complaint against the tenant (Pablo Becerra) residing at 733 Victorian Place, Fayetteville, NC. 28301. I have already submitted a report to the CEnforcement@ci.fay.nc.us email address, and was trying to submit a police report on it if possible; but your page took me to FayFixIt web site. This person owns a dog and allows‎ the dog to relieves itself within the front yard and back deck of the property. Not picking up after the dogs business has not been done in awhile. There is a large collection of this on the back deck of the property, and with the temps rising recently, the area has a very bad odor, which lingers all day around our little close quarter community. I am unable to sit on my back deck to enjoy the day with my love one due to this.
    I have spoken to Mr. Becerra about this on numerous occasions; on the last meet up, he was very disrespectful. To avoid conflict, I am contacting your department requesting assistance, I have also contacted our HOA on this matter for not being in compliance with the rules and policies of 700 Haymount.
    The attachments shown are from June 30th, and July 7th 2019. Please note that June 30th was never clean up, as it is shown in the July 7th photo.
    Any assistances is greatly appreciated.
