    The used car dealership has parked cars on the sidewalk and berm between the sidewalk and the street. Pedestrian access to the sidewalk is restricted to single file. The sidewalk is inaccessible to handicapped individuals. Wheelchairs access the sidewalk, forcing handicapped citizens into the street.

    This is a 3-family house. Trash and recycling bins are left on the street 24/7, 7 days a week. Televisions, plastic bags of leaves and other refuse are sitting on the curb. Recycling bins are overflowing with huge cardboard boxes. The trash trucks are unable process the recycling. It falls out trash trucks as they go down the street (this is not the fault of the trash company). Neighbors are left to pickup the trash. Please address this issue with the landlord. Thank you.

    The Millis Street sidewalk of this property has not been cleared of snow, ever. Part of the sidewalk is obstructed by a parked car, the rest is snow-covered. Pedestrians are forced to walk in the street. The sidewalk obstruction is a constant ongoing problem. What is it going to take for the Town of Hamden to enforce snow removal from this property’s sidewalk in winter, and shrub overgrowth in the warmer months? PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. Thank you.
