I live right next to the highway and counted on these bushes and trees for noise abatement and visual barrier of the highway. I want to know when (if at all) the city would have notified residents affected by the highway construction and brush clearing. I never received a letter or even a notice from my Condo Association(The Colony at Edina). Please advise who I can speak with.
