    As I drive eastbound on Fort Av, I am at risk of a head-on collision with vehicles driving westbound. Westbd drivers try to take space alongside the parked cars, thus DRIVING OVER THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINE, or driving so as their outer mirrors are sticking out OVER the double yellow line. This is a terrifying traffic pattern.

    The city 'parklets' have made a NIGHTMARE out of traffic.Where there was a double lane, now narrowed to a single lane because of stupid 'parklets'. This has not kept people from using thier cars. Instead, the traffic backs up twice the distance, and drivers ride around looking for a place to put thier vehicle. Parking is half-availability and driving lanes are half-availability. Tell that to a tourist.
