    2nd time this issue has been opened since 11/2021 with no resolution. Developers left behind debris from 2 years ago thats blocking the sidewalk and yet despite continous complaints nobody has come to pick it up. There are used cones littered around the public park here and yet ZERO consequences for developers who CONTINUE TO LITTER AND IMPEDE GENERAL PEDESTrian flow

    Since there’s no parking violations given in this area, people now can’t be bothered to even park properly and leave cars sticking out into the road - creating a traffic hazard

    Pothole has now essentially become a crater. Here's a picture of one of the two cars that got stuck in it over the weekend and required a tow truck. When water fills up, drivers have no idea of the severity and have gotten stuck. Also causes other drivers to then dangerously reverse around the entire area to get out. This has been an issue for over a month now and continues to get worse.
