at 1221 hawthorne st the drain for the storm water is completely closed on one side so water just stays backed up in my yard and also 1223 hawthorne st . i have tried to get the company that owns the house to open it up and they havnt done anything about it .And they now took there signs down .Hubzu.com is the owners of the house since it is foreclosing stages .I tried to get ahold of them and it is just a round around . The water just lays there stagnant for weeks . Mosquitos are really bad . Thank you
