    I-15 N Sunset, UT, 84015, USA - Sunset
There is a large interstate sign on the NB side that was hit by a vehicle during a collision in early summer 2020. The sign is still on its side and not visible from lanes of travel.
  • E 650 N Clearfield, UT, 84056, USA - Clearfield
Signal on 650N stays green too long when traffic is present on Falcon Hills Dr (upwards of 2 mins). Even during rush hour, the cycle time is too long.
  • 24th St & S Grant Ave Ogden, UT, 84401, USA - Ogden
24th St EB-WB signal stays green for a very long time even when there's no traffic and NB-SB have cars waiting. This is most prevalent at Grant and Lincoln cross-streets. Please re-adjust timing so 24th St begins crosswalk countdown as soon as traffic approaches on Grant or Lincoln.
  • Striping Archived
1890-1898 Washington Blvd Ogden, UT, 84401, USA - Ogden
Requesting red curb painted on the intersection of Washington Blvd & Park Blvd. SB Washington turning into park has a right-turn pocket, but it is not painted red and is frequently filled with cars. This results in cars slowing to 5mph on Washington (35mph zone) to make sure there aren't pedestrians in the crosswalk. Similar issue turning from Park to SB Washington.
  • 1182-1198 Washington Blvd Ogden, UT, 84404, USA - Ogden
At the intersection of Washington & 12th St, one of two band clamps is broken on the traffic detection device on the north-most traffic signal (for north-bound traffic on Washington Blvd).
  • 305-447 E 650 N Clearfield, UT, 84015, USA - Clearfield
Traffic signal is poorly timed turning east from SB I-15 off-ramp. One light to the east (other sie of the bridge) turns red and the bridge area fills with eastbound traffic from Main St before the off-ramp traffic gets a green light. Only 2-3 cars per green from I-15. The off-ramp needs to have a green lgiht while the light to the east is also green to allow movement. Additionally, this morning the light skipped off-ramp traffic for 5+ cycles; we didn't get a green light for 8 minutes.
