I actually don't know if the driveway apron is considered street or sidewalk and if it is our responsibility or the city's. We always have a "lake" at the end of our driveway if we have hard rains. This time the water is just sitting there -- not disappearing like it usually does. I'd like this taken care of before it gets worse.
