    Motor home park on Dunman Way on "bridge" spanning Hickey Blvd.
    Has been parked there since June. Person or persons residing in the motor home. Home. Home owner on Dunman Way has reported that on occasion motor home owner has blocked side walk and told local him to walk in the street. Police have been advised and a CSO was dispatched. Was reported that CSO handed owner of motor home a piece of paper which motor home owner tore up and threw om the street after CSO left.

    As I have informed the management of this business months ago I believe the "disabled persons" parking spaces provided at this Safeway Store fail to meet the reasonable accommodations provision under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The spaces provided are too far from the store’s entrance and because of their location they create an untenable condition to exist in which those citizens who suffer from disabilities affecting their mobility experience unnecessary challenges and hardships. Also note that based on the volume of business which this store experiences I would think more spaces would be allocated as frequently there are more people in need than there are designated disabled parking spots.

    This is a 3rd Request for Parks & Rec. to clean up the Area between the properties noted and the JS. Blvd. (note 1st request made earlier this year via phone 2nd made this venue) Vegetation overgrowth needs to be addresses and trees need to be trimmed behind 869 & 865 Newman Dr. Resident's fence has had to be replaces twice in the past due to a failure to address this type of issue and now is damage again. A crew was out working on the area the week of 6 July 202 but only cleaned up behind 881, 873 & part of 877 Newman. 869, 865 & the rear of other properties were in far greater need. I would do this for the property owners myself as I have from time to time over the last 68 years but I am physically unable to now.

    Request that Parks and Rec. address the issue of vegetation overgrowth in and "bush/tree trimming" in the back of the homes located in the area of 871 to 859 Newman drive, Overgrowth has caused damage to fencing. In the past I was able to address the issue as were many of my neighbors but age and disabilities have taken their toll.

    This issue is common. I suppose the motorist either do not see the street markings, are unaware of the law regarding this violation or they just do not care. This intersection is the only exit that allows a motor vehicle to proceed to JS in and drive in a Westward direction towards Colma. Perhaps the intersection of Clay Ave and JS should be reopened with traffic signals being once again installed as Hickey Blvd is frequently congested at JS. Hickey Blvd, is a major artery for entry into Daly City and Colma from South bound HWY 280 and also into the northern part of our city especially for visits to Costco, thereby making an exit from Winston Manor a real problem.

    Vehicle has not been moved and has been covered and parked on the street for well over 90 days (previously reported as a violation of Calif Vehicle Code & SSF City Ordinance). Is it even registered? House trailer parked in drive way (violation of city ordinance also previously reported). As noted both incidents have been reported via this venue in excess of 30 days prior to 8/5/2019. Violations have not been abated and therefore do not appear to have been addressed. Understand issues regarding priorities but it also appears that the issue reported has been closed?????? Issue still exists as a Code enforcement violation and City Police Dept CA. Vehicle Code violation.

    There may be violations of city ordinances at 234 & 238 Longford Drive. At one location a bed mattress has been on the lawn for over 2 weeks. In addition there are usually several cars (7-8) parked in the driveway and the front lawn. May be running a taxi service out of this location?
    At the other location there are often up to 3 vehicles parked in the driveway along with a “mobile home”. In addition there is one (1) other vehicle which is covered by a tarp on the street and I believe that vehicle has not been moved for over a month.
