Dead skunk (first noticed 11/15 & still there) in the bushes behind the Huron Highlands Park sign off Skydale.

The 50+ yr old streetlight pole located on the extension right along the property line @ 667 & 681 Cloverdale Rd is rotted at the base and has very possibly become unsafe.
It has shown vertical cracking for some time now but remained stable until this year when the base also started rotting out. Just today 9/2/20, we noticed a new & alarming development happening virtually overnight, when this pole suddenly started leanIng more noticeably to the S.W. (towards the property at 667 Cloverdale Rd.) Also, Its vertical cracks have widened & the base is even more noticeably rotted-out.
We feel thIs ‘sudden leaning‘ issue means it’s now unstable and will only get worse.
Since this pole holds only a streetlight with no other connections, we’re unsure if it’s a DTE Issue or a city issue. With this Clickfix report, we’re hoping the city will investigate it very soon, and take the necessary action.
If it’s considered safe until the DTE replacement, it would be nice to know that while waiting for replacement, it’s not a danger to private property or anyone using the sidewalk.

Tree bordering the SW corner of the park needs trimming as it overhangs sidewalk & branches dip even lower after it rains.
