44 Pembroke has a gutter/sump pump/french drain/something that is draining into their driveway and into the street. As the temperatures drop, this creates a huge ice patch that at times takes up half the street, and creates an ice moat in front of my house (54 Pembroke). This is a safety issue for my family and for anyone driving down the street. 44PS is a rental property and we do not know who the owners are to report this problem. Hoping this is the correct place to report this, or have someone point me in the right direction.
