Illegal chain-link fence (encloses parking lot visible from right of way but has no cover or landscaping) is broken. Again.

It's a blight and potential hazard. Please can the city cause the owner to fix this in a permanent way, such as installing say a fence that complies with code? If just for a change?

When the city replaced this street sweeping sign, they put it in crooked. Request that the sign be straightened.

The crosswalks are especially bad here, need a re-paving.

The Issue ID 7944966 request for a painting of the curb at 2530 Webb Avenue (received as #20-06-0025) is a duplicate of Issue ID 7701200, which public works closed.

Request 7701200 states that the red paint IFO this property was put there "by the city". It certainly doesn't look like it. Rather, it is my understanding is that this was painted without authorization by the owner of the property. You might ask why the space "for a turn-around" conveniently matches the width of two cars parked on the completely paved-over front yard, which incidentally block the sidewalk.

    As per photo.

Almost broke my ankle here. Seriously deteriorating condition of sidewalk here, with a marked depression. Dangerous.

Fence for this property is horribly dilapidated condition. If you look at the photo closely, you can see that some pickets are detached from the connecting board and have nails sticking out of them. A clear hazard for pedestrians, especially children (and there are a number of small children in the neighborhood).

Could the city please actually do something about this, such as cause the owner to maintain and make repairs to structures on its property--something the owner is legally obliged to do anyway?
