    We got notification that yard waste will be picked up Monday with our regular trash instead of Wednesday Since you now require paper bags they are soaked and falling apart which I'm sure will fall on the homeowners to pick up the again

    We had a box full of broken glass from a table that shattered out with our trash this morning It looks like they dumped the glass in front of my house and took the box I run a daycare and have kids and cars in and out all day This is totally unacceptable Someone could have gotten cut or gotten glass in their tire Obviously it's not there for you to look at as we had to clean it up !

    I live on Kings Bench pl in Pasadena. Our road is a mess. There are huge cracks, dips, holes etc. when cars or trucks go by, especially large trucks or trucks with trailers, they hit the area in front of my house so hard it sometimes shakes my house. Last week the dog bells on my back door jingled from a truck going by and hitting the area. Can this please be taken care of. We have lived here for 16 years and it’s never been addressed. It’s the only road in the neighborhood that’s this bad and it’s a main road that cuts through the neighborhood from tick neck rd to mansion house crossing.
