    The city is placing a pipe in the drainage ditch behind my house. The workers have dug so close to my fence line and so deep that my fence is about to fall over. As you can see, it’s currently being held up by boards. This is about half of my fence and I expect the same will be done on the remaining portion. My fence will need to be replaced once this project is completed.
